Physics-based radar processing at low frequencies that penetrate the targets.

Traditional methods of processing radar data assume that targets are on the surface. Whilst this assumption is normally valid it is not always true, in particular when considering data at lower frequencies. Researchers within MiXIL are currently investigating novel methods of processing radar data better suited to sub-surface applications.
