James Campbell is performing research for the NASA Cyclon Global Navigation Satellite System (CYGNSS) mission as part-time staff at the University of Southern California. He has over twenty years of industry experience developing and evaluating navigation and remote sensing systems with Raytheon Technologies and the Boeing Company.
